What we treat

What we treat

and how we help.

and how we help.

Every programme starts with the same diagnostic backbone — then tailors itself to your body, your sport, and your timeline. No two plans look the same.

Persistent pain

Pain that lasts longer than expected can be frustrating, confusing and sometimes overwhelming. We understand that persistent pain is often influenced by a combination of biological, social and psychological factors, not just tissue damage. Our approach focuses on understanding your individual experience, identifying the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms and helping you regain confidence in movement.

Sports injury

Whether you're a recreational athlete or a competitive sportsperson, injuries can disrupt training, performance and everyday life. We provide comprehensive assessment and treatment for a wide range of sports-related injuries. Our goal is not only to get you out of pain but to also to restore strength, mobility and confidence, reduce the risk of re-injury and support your return to sport at your best.

Book

Back & neck pain

Back and neck pain are among the most common conditions we see, whether this is a new problem or a long-standing issue, we're here to help. We take the time to understand your symptoms, identify contributing factors, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Using a combination of hands-on treatment, exercise therapy and practical advice we'll help you get back to doing the things you enjoy with confidence.

Post-surgical rehab

Recovering from surgery is about more than just healing - its about restoring strength, movement, confidence and function. Whether you've undergone a joint replacement, a ligament reconstruction or any other orthopaedic procedure, we can help guide your recovery every step of the way.

Hand Therapy

Hand and wrist problems can make everyday tasks surprisingly difficult, affecting everything from work, hobbies and simple activities such as lifting, gripping and writing. We provide assessment and treatment for a wide range of hand and wrist conditions, including tendon injuries, arthritis, nerve related symptoms, fractures and post operative rehabilitation. Using a combination of target exercises, education and splinting where appropriate, we'll help you regain confidence in using your hand and wrist.
